Founded in 2004, Novasys Greenergy Private Limited (branded as Novasys Green Energy) is headquartered in Kolkata, India. It operates a modern solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing facility in Nagpur, initially with 600 MW annual capacity spread over 220,000 sq ft and planning expansion to 1.2 GW or more by 2025. The company produces high-efficiency Mono PERC, TOPCon, and bifacial panels, such as its Rigel Plus and Lynx series, with power outputs between 500 Wp and 650 Wp and efficiencies exceeding 21 percent. Novasys offers products for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, backed by 27–30 year performance warranties.
