Founded in 2018, MSS Steel Tubes is a steel tube manufacturer headquartered in Braga, Portugal, established through a joint venture between Metalogalva of Portugal and Soufer of Brazil. The company specializes in producing precision steel tubes compliant with international standards such as EN 10305 and EN 10219, catering to industries like renewable energy, construction, and manufacturing. MSS Steel Tubes expanded its operations to the United States in 2023, opening a facility in Memphis, Tennessee. This U.S. plant focuses on producing low-carbon steel torque tubes for solar tracking systems, supporting large-scale renewable energy projects while creating jobs and boosting domestic production.
