Founded in 2024, Hispanics in Energy (HIE) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating Hispanic representation and leadership in the energy sector. It brings together professionals, students, and industry leaders to promote inclusion across public policy, employment, governance, supplier diversity, STEM education, and Spanish-language consumer engagement. HIE provides mentorship, workforce development programs, summits, and leadership training to empower its members and build capacity within utilities, government, academia, and energy companies. Through strategic partnerships, robust advocacy efforts, and targeted initiatives, the organization aims to shape a sustainable and equitable energy landscape that amplifies Hispanic voices and contributions across all levels of the industry.
