Ciel et Terre USA, Inc., founded in 2018 as the American branch of the French floating‑PV pioneer Ciel & Terre International, specializes in large‑scale floating solar using its patented Hydrelio® platform. Headquartered in Houston, Texas (having previously operated from Petaluma, CA), the company offers full turnkey services—including site evaluation, engineering, anchoring design, product manufacturing, installation, and O&M. Since inception the US subsidiary has completed dozens of pilot and utility‑scale projects across multiple states, including major installations in California, Colorado, and New Jersey, and has a growing pipeline spanning hundreds of MW of planned capacity. The firm focuses on efficient use of water bodies to generate clean, land‑spar­ing solar energy.
