Founded in 1973, A proudly Brazilian industry, a national and international reference in the manufacture of products for the energy transmission and distribution, grounding systems and data transmission sectors. Today's success began to be built in the early 1970s with the entrepreneurship of Vincenzo Spedicato, an Italian engineer who believed in the potential of our country and founded Intelli – Indústria de Terminalis Elétricos in 1973, in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The company, which began its activities with the manufacture of terminals and connectors, consistently expanded its range of operations in the following decades, with the development of our own technologies in the creation of our industrial processes. In the 1980s, we began producing grounding rods, a segment in which we are market leaders to this day. In 1994, with the acquisition of Coppersteel Bimetálicos, we became the Intelli Group and became one of the only companies in the world to master the manufacturing technology of versatile bimetallic conductors in copper-clad steel and aluminum-clad steel. More recently, we have also established ourselves as an important player in the manufacture of energy conductors, driven by the inauguration of our first aluminum rolling plant.
