Adaptive Construction Solutions (ACS), founded in 2016, is the leading apprenticeship intermediary for the construction and energy sectors in the U.S. The organization supports employers by implementing prevailing wage and apprenticeship programs. With a team of 90 labor compliance and workforce development experts, ACS manages registered apprenticeship programs in collaboration with project owners, contractors, and subcontractors. They are involved in 54 projects, totaling 9.8 GWdc of capacity, and oversee 15.6 million labor hours, employing over 1,900 apprentices to meet labor requirements set by the Inflation Reduction Act.
