Founded in 2018, Laguna Consulting Engineers (LCE) is a boutique engineering consultancy based in Laguna Niguel, California. With a team of around six experts led by CEO Paymon Eskandanian, LCE delivers structural and electrical engineering, PE/SE stamping, and permit-ready PV design services specifically for solar projects across the U.S. Licensed in approximately 16–18 states, the firm specializes in residential rooftop, commercial, ground-mounted, floating PV, battery storage pads, EV charger supports, and substation systems. In 2023 alone, they stamped over 25,000 residential solar projects and more than 300 MW of commercial scale, with average residential turnaround times under 24 hours. Their focus is on fast, quality-driven, and cost-efficient service.
