Organization Information : Adaptive Construction Solutions (ACS), founded in 2016, is the leading apprenticeship intermediary for the construction and energy sectors in the U.S. The organization supports employers by implementing prevailing wage and apprenticeship programs. With a team of 90 labor compliance and workforce development experts, ACS manages registered apprenticeship programs in collaboration with project owners, contractors, and subcontractors. They are involved in 54 projects, totaling 9.8 GWdc of capacity, and oversee 15.6 million labor hours, employing over 1,900 apprentices to meet labor requirements set by the Inflation Reduction Act. Adaptive Construction Solutions (ACS)—the nation’s largest apprenticeship intermediary for the construction and energy sectors—has supported employers in implementing prevailing wage and apprenticeship programs to power their businesses since 2016. With a team of 90 labor compliance and workforce development professionals, we deliver world-class registered apprenticeship programs in partnership with project owners, contractors, and subcontractors. ACS is currently providing prevailing wage and or apprenticeship services on 54 projects, representing 9.8 GWdc of capacity, all subject to the Inflation Reduction Act. These facilities require a total of 15.6 million labor hours worked by laborers and mechanics, employing 1,900+ qualified apprentices to satisfy the applicable percentage of Labor Hours Requirement.
