Initially established to produce specialty washers, the company has expanded into a full-service precision metal parts provider with capabilities that include flat stamping, CNC machining, laser and plasma cutting, welding, forming, tool and die, and proprietary GEOMET® coating. Operating from a 130,000 sq ft facility, it serves industries such as automotive, heavy truck, construction, agriculture, engine/transmission, and consumer products. With ISO 9001 certification and continuous investment in lean manufacturing, Matenaer emphasizes quality, engineering support, and customer-focused solutions throughout the component production lifecycle.

Since 1972, we have been producing special washers and metal stampings for fastener distributors and original equipment manufacturers. A few industries that we have supplied parts to include: agriculture, lawn and garden, heavy truck, construction hardware, automotive, engine and transmission, construction equipment and consumer products.Matenaer traces its business philosophy of being a resource and solution to our customers' needs to its founder, Joe Matenaer. Around 1970, Joe, who was then a steel salesman, saw the difficulties his customer, a small appliance manufacturer, was having with stamping small parts. Joe's solution was to set up a small stamping shop and Matenaer Corporation was born.
